I am currently working as a software development intern at Dynamic CyOps.
This is a small company that is owned by a Computer Science instructor at CSUB
that is funded by a grant. I am working toward creating a web application that will be
built on the ASP .NET Core MVC framework. This application will have a fully functioning
front-end and back-end and is based on rating and reviewing health care providers. The software
will eventually be used by a local non-profit organization with the goal of helping the LGBT
community choose the right health care provider for their individual needs.
CSUB IT Helpdesk
Information Technology Assistant
January 2019 - January 2020
I have experience in IT working at the Help Desk at CSUB. As an IT Assistant,
I was responsible for taking calls and assisting students, staff, and faculty with
any issues related to technology on our campus. The main task was to troubleshoot various
software and hardware issues and to do so quickly and accurately in a fast paced environment.
This involves a heavy reliance on technical and critical thinking skills as well as a
strong ability to multitask to provide the best service. The Help Desk heavily promoted
teamwork to accomplish common goals and to meet high standards.
